I do know, from personal experience, that the #1 advantage of living with less, is best health.

Stress does crazy things to your mind and body, so it only is sensible that reduced stress = better health. If less debt, stuff, and obligation = reduced stress, then it's clear that living with less = better health.

With all of that said, health is about quite reduced stress. Giving attention to staying healthy through proper diet and daily exercise can prevent disease and illness, or assist you get over it more quickly. Keep it simple, and do what works for you, but give your body the time and care that it deserves, so you'll be strong and healthy enough to require care of the people you're keen on .

To ensure great health, i feel you would like a mixture of conventional and alternative practices. Illness isn't cured with one pill. Stress isn't relieved with one massage, and health can't be restored without watching the large picture.

Most of those tips are sense , but without the time, space and a spotlight , our personal health care sometimes moves to rock bottom of the list in terms of priority. it's your responsibility to be healthy. it's your obligation to require care of you. Doctors can help, but your body will tell you what you would like . Take the time to concentrate .
